30-day guarantee

We want you happy with your Halflight strip. If something isn't right, email us at hello@halflightco.store within 30 days of delivery, and we'll sort it out.

How it works

Contact us first with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos help us resolve things faster. We reply within 2 business days.

In most cases, we'll get a replacement out to you straight away. Where a replacement wouldn't solve the problem, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval and usually appear on your statement 5 to 10 business days after that.

Returns

In most cases, we won't need the item back. If a return is required, we'll send instructions and cover the return shipping.

Wrong or damaged on arrival

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it at no cost.

What isn't covered

Damage from misuse, modification, or installation outside the product's intended use. Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they've entered fulfillment and can't be modified.
